調(diào)整卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)制動(dòng)器的過(guò)程中時(shí)常遇到太緊放不開(kāi)，或太松抱不住的狀況，那么這事什么原因引起的呢？又該怎樣進(jìn)行解決呢？

(1)制動(dòng)輪的袖中心與間瓦中心相對(duì)誤差太大(不允許大于3毫米)。這是由于檢修后的減速器安裝有誤差，使制動(dòng)輪的位置改紀(jì)造成一例閘瓦張得九一側(cè)闖瓦張不開(kāi)。當(dāng)把制動(dòng)輪校準(zhǔn)在兩個(gè)閘瓦的中心時(shí)，這一故障就可消除。

(1) the brake wheel sleeve center and the relative error between tile center is too large (no more than 3 mm). This is because after the repair reducer installation error, so that the brake wheel position change caused by a brake shoe Ji Zhang Dejiu side into the tile does not open. (2)閘瓦與制動(dòng)輪的中心線傾斜。當(dāng)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)減速器和劃動(dòng)杠桿系統(tǒng)(閘架)安裝位置不正確時(shí)，就會(huì)造成間瓦與制動(dòng)輪局部接隊(duì)使閉瓦抱不緊制動(dòng)輪。在這種情況下，調(diào)得緊一些就會(huì)出現(xiàn)閘瓦不能完全松離制動(dòng)輪的現(xiàn)象，使制動(dòng)輪受摩擦而產(chǎn)生高熱。要求閘瓦在松開(kāi)時(shí)，閘瓦與制動(dòng)輪的傾斜度或不平度不得超過(guò)制動(dòng)輪寬度的千分之一。

(2) tilting center line brake shoes and brake wheel. (3)由于制動(dòng)器的各銷軸與軸孔磨損嚴(yán)重，增大了調(diào)動(dòng)電磁鐵的無(wú)效行程(空行程)，而有效行程減小。

(3) the pin brake shaft and shaft hole wear, increase the invalid stroke to mobilize the electromagnet (stroke), and reduce the effective stroke.

(4)制動(dòng)輪磨損后，在重新加工時(shí)造成誤差。

(5)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)由于調(diào)整不合理，制動(dòng)電磁鐵行程太小。這種情況常發(fā)生在只調(diào)拉桿沒(méi)調(diào)立桿的緣故。

(6)新?lián)Q的調(diào)節(jié)拉棟加工尺寸不正確。

(7)主彈簧未受力或調(diào)整螺絲(頂絲)調(diào)整不合適，使間瓦一例張得多，一例張得少。

(8)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)制動(dòng)電磁鐵牽引桿的上下連接極為剛性連執(zhí)牽引桿運(yùn)動(dòng)阻力太大，致使電磁鐵產(chǎn)生吸不起來(lái)或嘆。
