2.作業(yè)前應(yīng)先空轉(zhuǎn)，確認(rèn)電氣、制動以及環(huán)境情況良好才能操作，操作人員應(yīng)詳細(xì)了解當(dāng)班作業(yè)的主要內(nèi)容和工作量。

3.當(dāng)被吊物沒有完全落在地面時，司機(jī)不得離崗。休息或暫停作業(yè)時，必須將物件或吊籠降至地面。下班后，應(yīng)切斷電源，關(guān)好電閘箱。

8.卷揚(yáng)機(jī)的額定拉力大于125KN時應(yīng)設(shè)置排繩器，應(yīng)在卷筒上的鋼絲繩最少應(yīng)保留3~5圈，鋼絲繩的末端應(yīng)固定可靠。
