1、使用環(huán)境應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持干燥，電動(dòng)機(jī)表面應(yīng)保持清潔，進(jìn)風(fēng)口不應(yīng)受塵土、纖維等阻礙。

3、應(yīng)保證電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中良好的潤(rùn)滑。一般的電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行5000小時(shí)左右，即應(yīng)補(bǔ)充或更換潤(rùn)滑脂，運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承過熱或潤(rùn)滑變質(zhì)時(shí)，液壓及時(shí)換潤(rùn)滑脂。更換潤(rùn)滑脂時(shí)，應(yīng)清除舊的潤(rùn)滑油，并有汽油洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將ZL-3鋰基脂填充軸承內(nèi)外圈之間的空腔的1/2（對(duì)2極）及2/3（對(duì)4、6、8極）。

5、拆卸電動(dòng)機(jī)時(shí)，從軸伸端或非伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子都可以。如果沒有必要卸下風(fēng)扇，還是從非軸伸端取出轉(zhuǎn)子較為便利，從定子中抽出轉(zhuǎn)子時(shí)，應(yīng)防止損壞定子繞組或絕緣。
